Indexing
We can provide basic one-level or multi-level indexing.
As the index contains the page numbers on which each entry appears, indexing is done using the final proofs of the manuscript.
We can embed index entries into a Microsoft Word document and then generate an index of the final manuscript, or generate an external index from the final PDF document.
